We are a Cheshire-based mechanical services company providing plumbing, heating, gas, ventilation (MVHR), and renewable energy solutions. Our focus is on designing and installing efficient low-temperature heating systems that use the latest technology to reduce carbon emissions while delivering reliable, high-performance building services.

All of our systems are designed in-house, allowing us to deliver tailored solutions for every project. From initial design through to installation and final commissioning, we manage projects end-to-end to ensure quality, efficiency, and accountability at every stage. As Gas Safe registered engineers, safety and compliance are at the core of everything we do.

Formerly operating as FD Mechanical in London and the Home Counties, our team brings over 20 years of experience in the mechanical services industry. During this time we have delivered projects across both the public and private sectors, working on commercial and domestic developments of all sizes.

Our portfolio includes work on major projects such as Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, Slough Council facilities, Charlotte House School, and several developments for the Soho House Group including Soho Farmhouse. We have also contributed to landmark commercial spaces including the Google offices at King’s Cross and Euston Tower, alongside numerous bespoke private client new-build homes.

Today, we bring this experience forward as we establish our new Cheshire base—continuing to deliver high-quality mechanical solutions with a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and expert project delivery.
